FEAT Add an option to export and import my data.

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
I was thinking that I might need to switch from storing my data on the cloud to be stored on my local hard drive, just in case I want to use Condution offline, or to have control over my data.
Then, I found no way for switching, neither a way to have a backup of my data.

Describe the solution you'd like
It's important to have an import/export feature to the database, located in the settings for example, or to have a way to back up my data.

This is an extremely important feature. No one wants to be losing their data in a production management app~ Hope the devs add this soon~
