Add BSPM Machine Constant Analyzer code to eMach codebase.

Context

Need ways to efficiently obtain machine constants $k_f, k_t, k_\delta$ and $k_\phi$ for given BSPM machine design and operating point.

Approach

Implement code to automate simulation in JMAG.
