Survey event types

Hello,
Please find attached logs & mentioned scenarios below.

1. Agent close the session.
2. App should receive survey messages after session is closed.
3. App is not showing any survey questions because event type is chat_session_form_show which is not defined in the library and app can't handle the event. Also, there is no survey message text in event data. 4. App is receiving notification when survey triggered but can't see any text in chat window.
