Description
Considering few scenarios and mentioned in steps:
- Started conversation from the app & call requestChat method. SDK returns chatId in response.
- Suppose customer kill the app.
- Customer opens the app again & call requestChat method again to start the conversation (session). New chat id returned from sdk.
Following these steps, how can app fetch previous chat messages. ChatId returned in step 3 is not returning any past events (because different chatId is returned now - but in agent portal can see all activities in the same chat session). If app save step 1 chat id in local storage and call getChatHistory, method is returning previous messages.
How it should exactly work?
It is difficult for the apps to maintain all previous chatIds to fetch history.
