Unable to close case - HTTP 406

I am no longer able to close cases (using the ContactCenterCommunicator.closeCase method).
After calling it and closing the screen, I still receive push messages from the agent.
This was previously working.

Please report to TTec. The SDK has not changed so this should be configuration or scenario issue.

Also please always attach complete log; do not extract just the error message. it is important to see entire request and response to analyse the errors.

But the issue is only affecting Android, so I assumed it was a API issue.
I'll let them know.

This is the only message that shows in logcat once closeCase is called. Where should I obtain further logs?
