Conflicting with Virtual Assistant in Firefox #19

Describe the bug
In Firefox, the functionality to use the yes/no buttons of the widget is disabled until the virtual assistant loads.
This feels like more of a virtual assistant bug that it takes so long to load in Firefox, but maybe there's a way to force the widget script to load first?

Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- Open in Firefox https://www.canada.ca/en/public-health/services/diseases/coronavirus-disease-covid-19/covid-alert.html
- Try to submit feedback before the VA loads
