Sites without data should not show with 0's #100
Description
When a site isn't found instead of reporting 0 for all stats it should display a message stating that stats aren't tracked for that URL.
For instance
https://digital.canada.ca is a valid canada.ca domain however when searching for stats you get 0's for everything
