IBM Tone Analyzer returns sentiment/tone/emotion labels with confidence scores. Get familiarized with it based on their documentation.
For this comparison work we're doing, we have to normalize everything into Negative, Neutral, and Positive. To do so, we'll need to come up with a conversion rule.
Then, for each code review comment classified by Tone Analyzer, we should have an additional label which is either Positive, Neutral, or Negative.
