Chrome 50 on Windows can't add user #3
Description
At the last Sensibility Testbed hackathon, a participant could not get keys created on the CIB start page. Whatever the chosen user name, clicking "Add User" would not have an outcome (yet no error could be seen either).
This could have been a network connectivity issue, but let's check to make sure our web page still works in the latest Chrome on Windows.
If you have a setup to test this, feel free assign this issue to yourself and report.
