[FEATURE] Add option to enable/disable templates lists #261

Describe the bug
Add a switch option on templates lists to disable/enable them without deleting config.
Idea came while trying to contribute a new template to the list (phpMyAdmin) and fearing to have to almost identical lists configured could sink the boat... But I imagine this could be useful in other situations.
