How to run Sonar only on one/two projects of the solution?

Is it possible to run Sonar on the selected project/projects from the solution?
When I specify in the build command the name of the project I get error with the message "The SonarQube MSBuild integration failed: SonarQube was unable to collect the required information about your projects."
