I have notifications delivered to my phone when a new Spotify Discover Weekly or Release Radar playlist is available. Want to have two actionable buttons: 1) Play on Google Home (using Spotcast https://github.com/SeanPM5/homeassistant-config/issues/55) 2) Play on Alexa Make this a service template, so it's one automation that can launch either playlist.
