I have noticed some difference between the code you show in the video (http://www.microsoftvirtualacademy.com/Content/ViewContent.aspx?et=5818&m=5811&ct=23366)and the one that is actually here. For instance: DirectXApp::Update() method has different body there are many other differences.
Please review them.
