fuzzy svg on mobile

the ScribeDAO logo SVG in the header is appearing fuzzy on mobile [see images below] even though the svg is being imported from the public folder

possible fixes:

• use svgr package to create React component out of .svg
• import .svg from /public where used but forgo next.js Image component
• 🤷🏾‍♂️
