BUG - Using Fishing ability from a flyout opens the fishing journal instead

Fishing cannot be cast from a flyout menu, trying to cast fishing opens the fishing journal. Intentionally opening the fishing journal from a flyout menu works as expected.

And also, thanks for the idea :-) I don't have fishing on a UFO, but it makes perfect sense. I will work on fixing this so I can steal your idea!
