I've encountered an interesting bug with the ticket kiosk- if the box office manager goes into a ticket item to change the show date for it (for example, to move a person's reservation from Thursday night to Friday evening, as I just did), the tickets will be moved successfully, but the item won't show up in the box office- actually, it lists the performance as 2011-04-15T20:00:00+00:00 instead of 15 April 2011 20:00. Just something you might want to look into.
