Project License  #7

Description

@taalexander

This software project should be distributed under a license. This is both to protect your software copyright, and so that potential users know what rights they themselves have when using the software. Not having a license could be a roadblock to adoption of the software. Licenses can have many interesting properties, and it is not a decision to take lightly. I have found choosealicense and tldrlegal to be useful in the past, however I am no expert. It is also possible that your University has specific distributions requirements that may need to be considered.
