[Feature suggestion] Adding functional form for control pulses

Hi,

I really like to use this repo for GRAPE. However, for implementing these pulses in experiments, it is imperative to parametrize them in functional forms (i.e. gaussian, cosines, etc.).

Consider a user-defined function f(params) which outputs the control pulse. Now can a user use this repo and the GPU support to optimize over these params? If not, do you have some ideas on how to incorporate this?
