[Website] Layout HTML meta tag missing in productive HTML

✔️ Expected Behavior

Prod has the color-scheme <meta> tag

When I run it locally from Visual Studio with IIS Express it works as expected.

The site.css does have the recent updates, so it's not like none of the website files get uploaded.

It does not

@madskristensen Please note, I just want to make sure this is not missed

After introducing a dark scheme in #5313 and replacing images visible on the homepage with different file names in #5317 and 5329, the website HTML still does not match the changes, while the CSS file and image files have been updated.

This means the homepage now shows the image alt text and uses only a light color scheme.

Locally, when running the solution, the homepage looks fine.

Do you know why the live website may not have updated the index HTML? Is there some caching involved, on the hosting server side or in front as a CDN or something?

@Kissaki As far as I know, there is no caching that we do. We use GitHub Action to build and deploy the website (the code for that is in this repository), and GitHub Pages for serving. Unsure how GitHub Pages caches things;
