[Suggestion] API For Developers To Add New Tools

There is currently no way to add new tools to DragonLens, which would be very useful for modders who wish to implement new features to extend the functionality of DragonLens.

CheatSheet and HerosMod has support for this in various ways:

Here is a minimal example of adding a new tool that Scalar provided. It is used as a weak reference. However, it doesnt provide an easy way to add icons to tools. I had to use detours and reflection.
