Add labels for Heading and Sub heading for Conditions option 

As we have added the option of conditions, so add a label for heading as Conditions. Also, add sub-headings for the example codes that will be added.
(Note: Place it suitably with a conscience that other elements like description, code editor, buttons, and output will also be added)
You can add a dummy sub-heading if the example codes are not finalized.
