General aims for improvement
- Provide better logging coverage

Implementation of EPUB 3 alongside EPUB 2
- The navigation document for EPUB should be generated for each version after analyzing articles for structure. This will separate abstract analysis from rendering the navigation for differing specifications.
- The package document must also adopt a more abstract internal representation prior to being properly rendered for the EPUB spec.
- Content rendering must be established. This may begin using simple diversions from EPUB 2, gradually taking more advantage of 3 features... Or not. I haven't really started tackling this yet.
