[Bug Report] 0.3.9.1 Doesn't have GUI

Bug Description

3.9.1 doesn't open gui after running

Steps to Reproduce

Run the .jar it won't open but it will be in task manager

Expected Result

Java GUI to appear showing positive messages of libraries loading

I suppose this was fixed in the latest official release (0.4.0) . I've merged that into this fork as well. If the issue still persists, I suggest opening an issue in the official repository
