Bioconda release?

Hi @Sandramses,

Thank you very much for making PAst available. We've been using it for some of our samples.

I was curious if you would be OK if I added PAst to Bioconda, so others can easily install PAst and start using it themselves. If you are interested, I'd be happy to put everything together for you, but would need your help on a few things (e.g. add License to repository, and create a v1 release).
