When you load this mod with terralith, it causes cave carrots to generate much more rarely than normal. I'm terrible at reading source code, but it seems like the world gen for cave carrots places them in cave air, which is making me assume that terralith isn't generating any cave air. Is it possible to instead have placefeature work based on biomes if terralith is installed?
