When scooping up a fluid, if there is no copper cup form for the target fluid, the corresponding iron bucket form will be generated directly.

Adding to this: Also seems to happen with valid fluids. Always and only seems to happen when pulling from a tank such as the Cooking For Blockheads sink. (or mekanism tanks)
