Description
Goal
The documentation for twitter is pretty bad, and need some reworking both comments in the code and an added (or lack thereof) README file. This is just in case Twitter has a change of heart (although unlikely) and just make it have documentation explaining the current situation and how it runs like the rest of the files in the repository.
