Error when installing package

When installing the package I get the error message
Error: object 'stack_events' is not exported by 'namespace:safetyCharts'

Does this need to be added to the NAMESPACE file?

@martingebel - safetyProfile was developed with a dependency on the dev branch of safetyCharts, which included that function stack_events. We've since released safetyCharts@v0.4.0 so try reinstalling safetyProfile and hopefully that error goes away.
