V1 Release Roadmap

• Integrate module in safetyGraphics (Jeremy/Spencer/Maya)
  • Need to add ID as an input/output for the core profile module
  • Need to add/activate js event listeners to some of the standard charts in safetyGraphics
• Add metadata for standard conmed, vitals and exposure domains in safetyCharts (Natalia/Becca?)
• Make all domains optional in safety Profile (Stephanie/Becca?)
• Create/Improve Patient level modules modules (All)
  • Overview (DM + All)
  • Event Timeline/Swimlane (AE, Conmeds, Exposure)
  • Lab summary/Reactable (Labs/Vitals)
  • Lab Heat map (Labs/Vitals)

2023-02-24 updates:

We're making progress on integrating the module in safetyGraphics. Maya and Spencer have js solution that brings the IDs from the widgets to shiny, and Jeremy has a PR that passes the ID in to the pat profile module. PRs are needed in safetyCharts, safetyGraphics and Pat Profile, so we're working on that.

• Update widgets in safetyCharts - Update htmlwidgets to with custom event listener for "participant selected"  safetyCharts#125
• Need to add ID as an input/output for the core profile module - Update settings to match safetyGraphics defaults #26
• Add module to safetyGraphics - basic profile integration safetyGraphics#703
