Mod depends on a version of Steamodded that does not exist yet

The mod apparently relies on Steamodded 1.0.0BETA-0808a or up, but the current highest version available on GitHub is 1.0.0BETA-0711a, leading to the mod being unusable.

While the latest release at the time this issue was made was 0711a, the latest version at that time was 0817c; dedicated GitHub releases are significantly less frequent then version increments.

Either way, this is no longer relevant.
