Thank you for the info. As we use scripts to download need to use ftp. Can you please check if the following is the correct place to get this:

The accession seems different than what you mentioned.

Dear Sabry Sorry it took me so long to respond, we needed to figure some things out on our end. We actually do not need the sheep 4.0 reference genome for now. Is the Oar_v3.1 genome accessible now?
