Error migrating from plugin version 1.* to 2.*

Actual Behavior

When migrating from a Netbox version 3.7.8 with the version 1.* of the plugin to version 4.0.11 of Netbox using version 2.* of the plugin, theres an error on the step "Apply all migrations" while applying the plugin migrations:

Desired Behavior

• All the migrations of the plugin are applied successfully
• The plugin is usable on a instance migrated from a previous version of the Netbox, in this case from NB 3.7.8 + Plugin 1.* -> NB 4.0.11 + Plugin 2.*

Impact

• Netbox is not able to start
• Preventing future migrations of instances with older version of Netbox to newer version.
