Container network list does not contain host/agent identification #169

Actual Behavior
I have multiple hosts/agents deployed and I want to run a specific container with host networking. When I edit the network of a container, I see a bunch of host options, each on from a different agent device. Thus I can't select the right one as it says Network "host" does not belong to xxxx.
Desired Behavior
When editing the network of a container i want to either only see the networks belonging to the host the container is running, or all the networks listed should contain a host identifier like host name.
