installer fails to install or update. Install or update fails to create config.msi during copying new files.

This bug applies to OSCR Version 1.0 v2024.12.30.1.msi

Unable to install or update OSCR to latest version. The installer fails to create E:\Config.msi on Windows 10 pro latest build version

Installer is attempting to create files or install to a directory outside of intended folder or directory

I have OSCR 0.4 installed on the same drive as STO which is drive E which installed just fine when it was released

One or both of the following conditions could be true

1. MSI installer may need to be moved to and launched from intended install drive
2. User may need to rename or uninstall prior installation folder on the intended drive.

Current known workaround do both of the above when installing this version if prior version was installed.

Install then completes successfully.

Similar issues have been found in other msi installers for other unrelated projects.
