Missing file dependencies #1

Hello,
I was trying to use this repository instead of the monolithic STM32CubeWB repository, some files fail to compile due to missing includes int he utilities directory.
I see in .gitignore it mentions these files are generated via script but I don't see any script available to generate them? Where would I find the script or the files?
Edit: I am using the 1.22.1.1 tag release as that seems to be the closest to what is in the Cube repo (the 2.x releases don't seem to have any code?)
