The link in answer for a FAQ question Can I help ScratchTools? returns a 404

the broken link - https://rgantzosonscratch.github.io/ScratchTools-Docs/#/?id=how-to-help

I do think there isn't a need of an external link to answer this question. This README itself has the answer to that in the How to Help section, that broken link can be replaced with the bookmark link of https://github.com/STForScratch/ScratchTools-Docs#how-to-help
