STAR-fusion on GALAXY #11

hi, i have a problem using STAR-fusion on Galaxy.

I can´t select the CTAT "GRCh38_gencode_v44_CTAT_lib_Oct292023.plug-n-play.tar.gz" in STAR fusion.

First, I tried to analyze my files using the reference genome and annotations from Ensembl, and the job ran without any apparent issues. However, once it finished, it did not produce any output files—not even an empty CSV—so based on what I read, this indicated an error and that fusion events were not actually being detected. Later, I learned that I needed to use the CTAT resource library and downloaded the version I mentioned at the beginning, but Galaxy does not allow me to select it because none of the required input fields are compatible with the .tar.gz format in which the CTAT library is distributed.

If someone can help me I´m going to be so grateful.
