Set a Splashscreen

The standard splashscreen from Sencha isn't so beautiful i think...

Okay...i tried to search any helpful info, but there is completely nothing that can help at all in the internet. Either the infos are more than 2- 3 years old or the ask is an other than google says.
At least i tried a good css loading animation, but on android this doesn't move so good.
When anybody has info for me and current sencha + cordova, than give me a sign. Thanks :)
