Pain

On the ⭐ SSW Website (Dev - Next.js) Security page, add a fifth tile alongside the existing four tiles. This new tile should represent Password Managers and link to the relevant SSW Rule for Keeper. The goal is to clearly surface Keeper as the recommended password manager from the Security page. Please @mention Kaique Biancatti and Mehmet Ozdemir for awareness and review.

Acceptance Criteria

1. The Security page displays a fifth tile in addition to the existing four tiles.
2. The new tile is labeled clearly as "Password Managers" (or equivalent agreed wording).
3. Clicking the tile navigates users to the SSW Rule page for Keeper.
4. The tile styling and layout are consistent with the existing Security page tiles.
5. The change is deployed and visible on www.ssw.com.au without breaking existing links or layout.
