🐛 Bug - Links on Search Page are not working

Pain

On the Search page, each search result appears as a clickable link (cursor/hover styling), but clicking the item does nothing. This blocks users from navigating to the rule/article from search.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to the Search page (e.g., https://www.ssw.com.au/rules/search?keyword=scrum)
2. Observe the search results list
3. Click any result title (e.g., result Init Layout of SSW.Rules #1)
4. Nothing happens

Acceptance Criteria

• Clicking a result title opens the correct rule page.
• The clickable area is clear and consistent (title or the entire card, but not misleading).
