✨ Rules POC and investigations - POC in Next.js

As per our kickoff meeting, we decided to create a POC of Rules using the Next.js tech stack.
This PBI is just the root PBI for other sub-PBIs.

Tasks:

• Create a front page with 3 categories and 2 dummy rules for each of them
• The front page should have a working search bar
• Create dummy rules (linked to their categories)
• The Tina CMS editor should be able to edit/add categories
• The Tina CMS editor should be able to edit rules and add the custom component easily
• URLs should be meaningful (currently /rules/{rule-uri}, but could be something else)
• Implement "Search" and "Latest Rules" page with sorting feature
• Implement New Design
