Pain

Users are unable to add tags such as 'bug' and 'duplicate' to PBIs on the Northwind365 website. This issue prevents proper categorization and tracking of PBIs.

Acceptance Criteria

1. Users can add 'bug' and 'duplicate' tags to PBIs.
2. Tags are visible and correctly categorized on the PBI.
3. No errors occur when adding tags to PBIs.

Reproduce Steps

1. Log in to the Northwind365 website.
2. Navigate to the PBI section.
3. Attempt to add 'bug' and 'duplicate' tags to a PBI.
4. Observe if the tags are added successfully or if any errors occur.
