Problem in "exp_fault.py" and "python exp_retrain_cov.py"

Thank you so much for taking the time to read and solve issues.

I have a question about fault experiment. (python exp_fault.py)
I wonder if the fault experiment should be run in a sequence (after running (python exp_retrain_cov.py) and etc.) or can it be run independently?
Aside from that, I received an error when I tried to run both (python exp_retrain_cov.py) and (python exp_fault.py).
