Sketch a Calendar and Roadmap

In order to know what commitments we have and what commitments we should look forward to engaging in, I'd like to have a small timeline for the year. Not very high-resolution really, just something to have as a guide.

The format is less important, but should include formalities like:

• Beginning / Closing of the fiscal year
• Bi-weekly meetings

But also external commitments, opportunities, and goals:

• Members representing SRC in other events (such as conferences)
• Important networking events where we should have a presence
• Funding goals

This will rewrite itself as the year goes by, but will provide a direction to move towards.
