You have to add this repository : http://teleal.org/m2/ (or http://4thline.org/m2/ ) in order to get in your local repository the cling* jar.
(as i'm using a maven repository on my side (nexus) i don't put the additionnal repositories in the pom.xml of my projects, i just have to configure my main nexus repo)

To enable the required maven repositories add the following profile to your settings.xml

 <profiles>

      <repositories>
        <repository>
          <id>4thline.org-repo</id>

            <enabled>false</enabled>
          </snapshots>
        </repository>

To activate by default add:
