How the constraints are used in the model needs to be reflected in the Description of sheets section or preferably as a different section in the documentation. These include:

In the LocalREConstraint sheet, the following equation is used.

For the year (say 2030), let's assume the target of achieving RE share in electricity mix is at least 25%.

RE contribution >25% * Total
1 * RE contribution - 25%* Total > 0
