Apps/Inventories to consider #2
Description
These are clearly Fisheries/oceanography apps and should be add:
- Australian Stock Status
- SeaDataNet: large data portal, cost/request?
- NANOOS apps: number of apps to review and add
The following don't really fit into the current set of apps we compiled, but should still be captured/referenced/highlighted somewhere:
- Virtual Research Environments: need an account to access, but looks like a collection of high-end decision support tool templates.
- Inventory of Shiny Apps extracted from twitter by @mkearney. Searched through this for our inventory, but should build some dynamic update/notification.
- Survive the Sound: interactive game/contest to track juvenile salmon through Puget Sound
- Inventory of US Federal Apps: covers wide range of topics, need to check through for any ocean/fish/climate/environment themed apps
- Lifewatch virtual lab: variety of apps, data portals and R packages
