URRS: Consider renaming to reflect other request types

The Unclosed Request Review Script actually applies to/works for requests of any type. As such, it would make more sense to name this something like the Incomplete Request Review Script, or something similar.

I just happened to think of this while suggesting users install URRS in SOCVR if they find they frequently open requests to find them completed already.
