Remove pycaret dependency

Pycaret only supports python 3.9, 3.10, 3.11.

Seems to me pycaret is no longer actively maintained. Last commit to their master branch was in March 2025 and already back in Nov 2024 people noticed the dev team not working on it anymore. We need to replace this dependency of SMLP.

pycaret was integrated into SMLP to achieve better quality models, since pycaret can train models with a grid of parameters, compare the models and choose best. This capability can be implemented in SMLP in future if needed. Some other capabilities of pycaret were implemented in SMLP independently from this package and remaining capabilities were not used in SMLP anyway. We can drop pycaret safely.

I can modify the code, so Pycaret won't be invoked for python versions newer than 3.11, but continue working for older versions.

Done in SMLP_TUTORIAL branch only for python minor version greater than 11.

Google recommendation is to replace pycaret by AutoGluon .

Evaluated AutoGluon and has been disappointed - worse modeling accuracy and slower inference on Shekel test. Conclusion so far - it is not a valid replacement for pycaret.
