SPIKE: Research the best way to go about zipping PDFs

Concerns:
-  AWS Lambda functions can only run for 10 seconds
    - Upload to CDN first then serve to user? Get by the 10 second execution/download time
- Size limit on PDFs??
    - Don't want a 25mb PDF
